La Casa di Sophia is a truly authentic red wine fine scents of fruit and Mediterranean shrub.
A fine savoury wine with good acidity and light tannins. This wine is produced from Carignano grapes (Sardinia). The grape plant is ungrafted and has been growing 300 meters from the sea for 52 years. In this certified winery, the grapes fermentation process occurred naturally without adding any yeast. The wine aged for about eleven months inside steel tanks and with a macro-filtration; bottled within the cellar of La Casa di Sophia.
