
Why is our mozzarella so special? Because every week we receive fresh milk, directly from the dutch buffalofarm nearby. Here we process it and trasform it into mozzarella and other fresh dairy products. Mozzarella should be eaten fresh, preferably within 2-3 days from the production. Our goal is to deliver the best possible product in the most sustainable way: fresh milk, no transport, immediately from production on your table!
