Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any perishable goods once they have been shipped. This policy ensures that all customers receive fresh products that have not been compromised in quality or safety.

3. Exceptions

Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assist with your claim.
