From milking to milk processing and the creation of delicious handmade young cheese and burrata, you’ll get hands-on experience and taste the fruits of your labor.
A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in dairy traditions, surrounded by passion, authenticity, and genuine flavors.
The workshop lasts about 3 hours. In addition to making Primo Sale and, of course, burrata, you’ll get to taste other products from the cheesery such as buffalo burrata and buffalo mozzarella, accompanied by Apulian taralli, and a good glass of wine.
The cheeses you make yourself can be taken home, and you’ll receive everything you need to recreate them at home.
